My name is Gabrielle and I am a New Zealand Registered Dietitian. I am also an avid rock climber, runner and hiker so I know first-hand how nutrition can make or break an adventure.

In a culture that presses for leanness, restriction, and good vs bad foods, it can be tough for active individuals to cut through the noise to determine what works best to support their training and life.
